  • We claim no Intellectual property rights over the material users provide to ministrydirect.com. Your profile and material uploaded is yours. We retain no rights to your submitted material.

  • GCAG and ministrydirect.com assumes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such law.

Ministrydirect.com reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of its website, including but not limited to contacting law enforcement.

Grant of a license

  • By posting or contributing content using these Services, you are granting ministrydirect.com, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use your content in connection with the operation of the Services, including, without limitation, the license rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your content, and/or to incorporate it into a collective work.
  • The company reserves the right to reject, cancel and/or remove the posting and display of any content or other materials (including URL links) for any reason or no reason whatsoever and at any time, including but not limited to, any violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law.
  • The Company shall have the right to terminate your User Registration without notice to you if any content or other material is repeatedly rejected, cancelled and/or removed by the company.
  • By the same token, once any content is posted on the Site, the Company retains the right to continue posting such content at its sole discretion.

Right to terminate

  • It is expected that all users of any part of the ministrydirect.com system will comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if ministrydirect.com receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement it will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. GCAG will comply with the appropriate provisions of the DMCA in the event a counter notification is received.
